What is West Pier Wipeout?

• West Pier Wipeout is an inflatable water park located at Coal Harbour, Dún Laoghaire. The course features inflatable obstacles, climbing challenges, balance sections and slides designed to provide a fun and exciting experience on the water.

How long is a session?

• Each session lasts 45 minutes.

What time should I arrive?

• Please arrive 5 minutes before your booked session to allow time for check-in and the mandatory safety briefing.

What is the minimum age?

• Participants must be at least 6 years old.

Do children need an adult with them?

• Yes. Children under 10 years of age must be accompanied by a participating adult.

Can I wear a wetsuit?

• Yes. You are welcome to bring your own wetsuit or we can give you one.

Can I wear glasses?

• Yes. Glasses may be worn provided they are secured using a suitable retention strap.

Do I need to be able to swim?

• Participants should be comfortable in and around water. Buoyancy aids are provided and must be worn at all times. Qualified lifeguards supervise every session.

Are buoyancy aids provided?

• Yes. Buoyancy aids are included and provided for all participants.

Do I need to wear socks?

• Yes. Socks must be worn at all times while using the inflatable course.

What should I bring?

• We recommend bringing:

  • Swimwear

  • Towel

  • Socks

  • Sunscreen (weather permitting)

  • Bag for wet clothing

Are there changing facilities?

• Yes. Changing facilities are available on site.

Is there somewhere to store my belongings?

• Yes. Cubbies are available for storing personal belongings during your session.

Is parking available?

• Yes. Parking is available nearby.

Can I book on the day?

• Yes, subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance, especially during weekends and school holidays.

How many people can take part in each session?

• Each session can accommodate up to 20 participants.

Is there a safety briefing?

• Yes. All participants must attend the mandatory safety briefing before entering the water.

Are birthday parties available?

• Yes. West Pier Wipeout is a fantastic venue for birthday parties and celebrations.

Do you cater for schools and groups?

• Absolutely. We welcome school groups, youth organisations, sports clubs, corporate groups, stag parties and hen parties.

What happens in bad weather?

• Participant safety is our highest priority. Sessions may be delayed, postponed or cancelled if weather or water conditions are unsuitable.

What time is the last session of the day?

• From Wednesday to Friday the last session of the day will be at 4pm and Saturday and Sunday the last session is at 5pm.
