WEST PIER WIPEOUT – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Interpretation

The following definitions shall apply:

• "West Pier Wipeout" means the inflatable water park activity operating at Coal Harbour, Dún Laoghaire, Co. Dublin.

• "Customer" means any person who books, purchases or participates in a West Pier Wipeout activity.

• "Activity" means any inflatable water park session, event, group booking or related service offered by West Pier Wipeout.

Bookings & Payment

Bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until payment has been received.

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation by the Customer

Cancellations must be made in writing by email.

Customers cancelling more than 24 hours before their scheduled session are eligible for a refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.

Transfers, amendments and rescheduling requests are not permitted within 24 hours of the scheduled session.

Failure to attend a booked session will be treated as a cancellation and no refund will be issued.

Cancellation by West Pier Wipeout

West Pier Wipeout reserves the right to postpone, amend or cancel any activity where weather conditions, water conditions, safety concerns or operational circumstances make it necessary.

Where West Pier Wipeout cancels a session, customers will be offered an alternative date, credit voucher or refund.

Safety

Safety is of paramount importance.

Inflatable water park activities involve inherent risks and participants acknowledge that slips, falls, collisions, immersion in water and minor injuries may occur.

Participants must comply with all instructions given by staff and lifeguards.

Unruly Behaviour

Customers are required to have consideration for others at the centre. If, in the centre’s reasonable opinion, the customer or any member of their party is behaving or likely to behave in such a way as to cause danger, upset or distress to any third party or damage to property, the centre is entitled without prior notice to expel the customer immediately. No refunds will be made and customers are liable for any damage caused.

Age Requirements

• Minimum age: 6 years.

• Children under 10 years of age must be accompanied by a participating adult.

Water Confidence

Participants do not need to be strong swimmers but must be comfortable in and around water.

Safety Equipment

Buoyancy aids provided by West Pier Wipeout must be worn at all times while participating.

Socks must be worn at all times while using the inflatable course.

Wetsuits are optional and may be borrowed free of charge, subject to availability.

Health

Participants must ensure they are physically capable of participating safely.

Any medical condition, injury, allergy or circumstance that may affect participation should be disclosed before the activity begins.

West Pier Wipeout reserves the right to refuse participation on safety grounds.

Medical Attention

Participants authorise appropriately qualified staff, first aiders and medical professionals to provide or arrange emergency treatment if required.

Participant Conduct

Participants must act responsibly and consider the safety of others.

Dangerous behaviour, rough play, deliberate pushing, abusive behaviour or failure to follow staff instructions may result in immediate removal from the activity without refund.

Photography

Photographs and videos may be taken during activities for promotional, marketing and social media purposes.

Participants who do not wish to appear in photographs should notify staff before their session.

Personal Property

West Pier Wipeout accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.

Data Protection

Personal information collected through bookings, enquiries and waivers will be processed in accordance with the West Pier Wipeout Privacy Policy.

Circumstances Beyond Our Control

West Pier Wipeout shall not be liable where activities are affected by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including adverse weather, emergencies, government restrictions, equipment failure or other unforeseen events.

Acceptance

By booking or participating in a West Pier Wipeout activity, customers confirm that they have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
